MEXIMELT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
garlic salt to taste
1 jar medium salsa
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (16 oz.) container fat-free sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) low-fat Velveeta cheese
chopped lettuce
diced tomatoes
WOW Tostito chips

Brown ground chuck. Add taco seasoning and garlic salt.

In long narrow Pyrex dish, layer meat, then salsa. Cover with sour cream, then sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Slice Velveeta approximately 1/4-inch and arrange on top of other ingredients.

Bake at 375°F until golden and bubbly. Serve over chopped lettuce and garnish with diced tomatoes and chips.
