CHICKEN NUGGETS MCHOLLAND 
8 boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1 to 1 1/2 inch cubes
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika or spices of choice
2 eggs lightly beaten with 2 tbsp. water
Seasoned bread crumbs, approx. 1 c.
Oil for frying

Using fork dip pieces of chicken into egg and water mixture. Lay out on waxed paper. Season pieces with salt and spices. Put nuggets into shaker bag with bread crumbs. Put nuggets into hot oil in frying pan without crowding. Brown, do not cover. Turn and brown other side. Cook until done, turn frequently, about 10 to 15 minutes total time. Keep cooked pieces warm while frying remaining pieces. Serve with Bar-B-Q or Duck Sauce for dipping.
