LEMONY CHICKEN NUGGETS 
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder granules
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. onion powder granules
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
16 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Mix all dry ingredients and place in a plastic bag. Cut chicken breast into 1 inch pieces. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice to moisten chicken, let stand 30 minutes. Place chicken chunks a few at a time into plastic bag to shake, coat thoroughly.

Heat 1/3 cup of oil in frying pan, adding chicken chunks a few at a time. Fill in no more than 1/3 full. Cook until tender. Turn every 2 minutes. When done drain on paper towel. Makes 4 to 8 servings.
