CHICKEN NUGGETS 
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into tidbits
1 1/2 to 2 sticks butter
2 to 3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 tsp. salt
1 c. dried bread crumbs
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Melt butter and add garlic, mustard, lemon juice and salt. Combine parsley, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip chicken in butter and then in bread mixture.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 450 degrees on cookie sheet. Dip in any sauce. May be frozen and baked when needed.
