AUNT NORM'S COUNTRY STEW 
2 lb. boneless stew meat, cut into 1 in. cubes
1 (17 oz.) can peas
1 c. thinly cut carrots
1 lg. potato, cubed
2 sm. onion, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup, undiluted
Dash of pepper
1 1/3 c. water
1 bay leaf

Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook 8 to 10 hours on low or 4 to 5 hours on high.
