COUNTRY BEEF 
1 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat (1 in. cubes)
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can (29 oz.) whole tomatoes
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
3 c. water
1 lg. onion
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
4 oz. uncooked Rigatoni
1 pkg. frozen cut green beans
Grated Parmesan cheese

In dutch oven brown beef in oil, drain. Stir in tomatoes (with liquid), tomato sauce, water, onion, salt, oregano, and thyme. Heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer until beef is almost tender. 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Stir in pasta, heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer stirring occasionally until pasta is tender (approximately 20 minutes). Rinse frozen beans to separate. Stir them into the rest of the ingredients in the dutch oven. Cook uncovered 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
