COUNTRY CROCK - POT SOUP | |
1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat 1 c. green peas 1 c. thinly sliced carrots 1 lg. potato, peeled & cubed 1 onion, diced 1 c. corn 1 c. green beans 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup (undiluted) Dash salt & pepper 1 bay leaf 1/2 soup can water Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low setting 8-10 hours or on high setting 4-5 hours. |
