LAYERED SEAFOOD PLATE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (6 oz.) bottle cocktail sauce
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat or tiny shrimp
1 (2 oz.) can black olives, chopped
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/2 c. Colby cheese, grated

On serving plate, layer in the order given. Spread cream cheese over entire plate; pour on cocktail sauce, then layer seafood, olives and cheeses. Serve with favorite taco chips. Serves 12.
