CHEESY POTATOES 
1 box (8 sqs.) Ore-Ida frozen hash browns, thawed
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. box Velveeta cheese, chunked

Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with non-stick spray. Put thawed hash browns in and break up. Mix in sour cream and soup. Lay chunks of Velveeta on top. Put in 350 degree oven. Bake 15 minutes, uncovered, take out and stir the melted cheese in. Bake 20 more minutes.
