CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lbs. Ore-Ida hash brown potatoes, thaw and spread in 9 x 13 inch pan

Mix together:

1/2 stick butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 can chicken soup, undiluted
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt

Spread potatoes in pan. Pour sauce mixture over top and mix all together. Bake 1 hour or until lightly browned at 350 degrees for metal pan; 325 degrees for glass dish.
