APPLE MYSTERY DESSERT 
3/4 c. sifted cake flour
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

2 unbeaten eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped tart apples
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Turn into greased 9-inch pie pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until brown and crusty. Garnish with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
