BUTTERMILK POUND CAKE 
1 1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. banana extract
4 egg yolks
1 c. buttermilk

Mix butter and sugar until real creamy. Separate yolks from whites. Lay egg whites aside. Add egg yolks only. Sift flour and soda together twice. Add flour mixture, alternating with buttermilk. Add all flavors. Beat egg whites (stiff) and fold egg whites in cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour and 10 minutes.
