NO ROLL PIE CRUST (FOOLPROOF) | |
3 c. flour 1 1/4 c. Crisco 1 tsp. salt 1 egg, well beaten 5 tbsp. cold water 1 tbsp. white vinegar Place flour and Crisco in blender or processor until crumbly. Shake next 3 ingredients in jars and add slowly. Mix until it is almost a solid ball. This will be soft. Pinch off pieces and press as smooth as you can in pie dish. It is enough for one cookie sheet and 1 pie crust or 3 pie crusts. |
