EASY ROLL PIE CRUST 
2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. white vinegar

Mix salt, flour and shortening together until mixture is fine texture. Add vinegar to milk and mix with flour mixture. Divide into 2 parts and roll for crust. Flour board when rolling out.
