1 stick butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 c. flour

Melt butter and sugar. Add flour; mix well and press into a pie tin. Fill with your desired filling and bake. For pie crust, prick with fork and bake at 375 degrees. Quick and easy. You can double this recipe.
