PORK CHOPS CACCIATORE 
12 thin sliced center cut pork chops
2 pkg. dry spaghetti sauce (Spatini)
2 lg. cans crushed & peeled tomatoes
4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 lg. onions
1/4 c. hot water

Brown chops in skillet and place chops in a single layer in a roasting pan. Glaze skillet by adding 1/4 cup hot water and stir. Add spatini and tomatoes to skillet and simmer 15 minutes.

While sauce is simmering cut onions into 1/4-1/2 inch slices and place on chops. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle brown sugar over chops. Pour tomato sauce from skillet over all. Cover with cookie sheet or foil. Bake at 350 degrees covered 1 hour and uncovered 10-15 minutes. Serves 6.
