PORK CHOPS CACCIATORE 
4 pork chops
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 oz. can tomato sauce
Cooked spaghetti
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. basil
3 oz. can mushrooms, sliced and undrained

In large frying pan brown pork chops in oil over medium heat for 20 minutes, turning once. Remove chops and cook onion and garlic in pan drippings for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add tomato sauce, mushrooms and liquid, cheese and basil; stir well. Return chops to pan; cover. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes or until chops are tender, stirring occasionally. Serve pork chops and sauce over spaghetti.
