PORK CHOPS CACCIATORE 
6 pork chops, 1 inch thick
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
6 thin slices onion
1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 tbsp. brown sugar
6 green pepper rings

In skillet brown pork chops on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Place in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Top each chop with a thin onion slice.

Combine spaghetti sauce mix, can of tomatoes, brown sugar. Pour over chops. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover, top each chop with green pepper ring. Bake 15 minutes.
