MOM'S BEST MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
Equivalent of 1 soup can of Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing

Combine all ingredients. Shape into loaf in casserole. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, draining grease along the way if necessary. Serves 8. Takes 1+ hours.
