COFFEE POT ROAST | |
Pot roast Garlic Onion 1 c. vinegar 2 c. coffee Make slits with a knife into pot roast. Insert slivers of garlic and onion into slits. Pour vinegar over meat and refrigerate overnight. Drain juice off and brown (very dark) in Dutch oven. Pour coffee over meat and simmer till tender. Potatoes and carrots can be added during cooking. |
