FRUIT COBBLER 
4 to 5 c. fruit (apricots, berry)
1/4 c. sugar

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk

Mix Well.

Put fruit in baking dish plus 1/4 cup sugar and heat in oven or microwave until very hot or boiling. Remove from oven and put batter over the fruit, return to oven. For apricots sprinkle a little cinnamon over top. Bake at 375 degrees 45 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
