CORN BEEF SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) boxes lemon Jello
4 c. hot water
2 c. salad dressing
2 c. celery, diced sm.
2 tbsp. green pepper (opt.)
1 tbsp. onion (opt.)
1 c. carrots, chopped fine
1 c. green peas
2 cans corned beef, chopped in sm. bite size
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Dissolve Jello in hot water, cool to lukewarm. Add all remaining ingredients. Put in 9"x13" glass pan and refrigerate. I make day before. Very good.
