SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 (1 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 env. onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. Kellogg's herb croutons

Cook spinach and drain. Stir in the onion soup mix. Cream 1/2 of the butter and cream cheese together. Add this to spinach and onion mixture. Put in casserole dish. Melt rest of the butter and pour over the croutons. Put croutons over the top of the spinach. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
