STRAWBERRY RHUBARB TOPPING 
6 c. diced rhubarb
1 can crushed pineapple
5 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello

Mix rhubarb, pineapple and sugar. Let stand 30 minutes then bring to a boil and let simmer for 15 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Add Jello. Pour in sterilized jars. Good over ice cream or plain cake.
