SHERRY-NUTMEG CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix (the kind without pudding added)
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 whole eggs
3/4 c. sherry
3/4 c. cooking oil

Place all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix at low speed one minute. Then mix at high speed for 3 more minutes. Grease a bundt style tube cake pan. Pour cake batter into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until browned and slightly firm to the touch on top. Let cake cool upright and remove from pan by inverting onto a large cake plate to continue cooling. This cake is delicious anytime of the day.
