MEXICAN FRIED PIES 
Pkg. flour tortillas, 6 inch size
1 c. apple or cherry pie filling
1 c. sugar with 2 tsp. cinnamon combined

Soften tortillas. Place 2 tablespoons of pie filling in center of each tortilla. Roll up like an enchilada folding ends in. Fry in hot oil until light brown on both sides. Roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Drain on paper towel.
