SUNSHINE CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix (no pudding in the mix) 3 eggs 2/3 c. oil 1 sm. can mandarin oranges and juice 1 box vanilla instant pudding 8 oz. crushed pineapple and juice 8 oz. Cool Whip Blend cake mix, eggs, oil, oranges and juice for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees 35 minutes. Cool. Mix pudding with pineapples and juice, then add Cool Whip. Mix well, spread over cooled cake and refrigerate. |
