PEANUTTY CALIFORNIA SANDWICH 
1/3 c. cottage cheese
1 tbsp. smooth or chunky peanut butter
2 slices reduced calorie whole wheat bread (40 calories per slice), toasted
2 tbsp. dark raisins
1/4 c. alfalfa sprouts

In small bowl combine cheese and peanut butter, mixing well. Spread mixture on 1 slice toast; sprinkle with raisins, then top with sprouts and remaining slice toast.
