CHICKEN KIEV 
1 bottle sliced mushrooms
2 stalks celery, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 onion, diced
6 chicken breasts, deboned & tenderized
Garlic powder, salt & pepper
6 strips bacon
1 lg. bag potato chips

Saute in butter, mushrooms, celery and onion. Season with salt, pepper and cinnamon. Debone chicken breast and tenderize by beating or hacking with a knife. Cut into 2 pieces each. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.

Place mushroom mixture on each chicken piece, roll up and dip in melted butter and roll in crushed potato chips. Wrap with 1/2 strip of bacon, secure with toothpick. Bake, covered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees, then uncover and cook another 20 minutes.

Note: You may purchase boneless chicken breast and ask your butcher to run them through a tenderizing machine.
