CHICKEN KIEV 
1 c. butter
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 chicken breasts, split and boned (4 1/2 breasts)
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Melt butter. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, garlic powder in bowl.

Dip chicken in butter. Roll in bread crumbs. Place rolled chicken in ungreased 9 inch baking dish. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.

Meanwhile, add wine, onion, parsley and remaining butter in pan. Simmer few minutes. Add to top of chicken for last 10 minutes in oven.
