TASTY BEEF-N-GRAVY 
1 1/2 lbs. cubed cut beef
1 tbsp. dried vegetable flakes
2 cans Campbell's beef broth
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Do not salt or pepper.

Combine beef (pre-rinsed), dried vegetable flakes, beef broth and 1/2 can of water and onion. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat is tender. Remove beef from broth and bring broth to medium boil. Add 2 tablespoons cornstarch to 1/3 cup water; mix well and pour into beef broth, stirring immediately with wire whisk. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Re-add beef and serve with mashed potatoes or over rice or wide egg noodles.
