GOLDEN CHICKEN BAKE 
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted
3 c. chopped chicken or turkey
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1 c. (4 oz.) cubed Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine corn flake crumbs and butter. Set aside for topping. Stir together remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into 10 x 6 x 2 inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle with topping. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 6 servings.
