"GOLDEN CHICKEN BAKE" 
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/4 c. milk
2 c. rice, cooked
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1/3 c. cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine cheese and milk in a saucepan. Stir over low heat until smooth. Add rice and chicken; mix well. Spoon into 1-quart casserole dish, top with crumbs. Spread melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. They will keep coming back for more, and more....
