1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. instant coffee
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
5 c. whole milk
1 pt. coffee or vanilla ice cream
1/2 pt. whipped cream
Dash of nutmeg

Mix well sugar, coffee, vanilla, salt and milk; chill. Ladle ice cream into punch bowl; pour chilled mixture over it. Top with puffs of whipped cream; sprinkle with nutmeg. Serves 12.
