BROCCOLI, BACON, AND CHEDDAR
SALAD
 
SALAD:

3 c. broccoli flowerets
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped red onion

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

OTHER:

8 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled

Combine all salad ingredients in large bowl. Combine all dressing ingredients in small bowl; mix well. Pour dressing over salad; toss to combine. Just before serving, stir in bacon. Makes 9 (1/2 cup) servings.
