BETTY'S BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. sharp cheese
8 slices white bread
3-4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of pepper

Place trimmed bread in 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish as a liner. Then add grated cheese, cooked sausage (not dry cooked). Mix eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper. Pour over. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
