BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE 
6 slices bread
Butter
1 lb. bulk sausage
6 oz. grated cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. half & half
1 tbsp. salt

Remove crust from bread and spread with butter. Place bread in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Set aside. Cook sausage until brown. Crumble sausage and drain. Spoon sausage over bread and sprinkle with cheese.

Combine eggs, salt, half & half. Mix well and pour over cheese. Cover casserole and chill overnight. Remove 15 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
