SPARKLING FRUIT SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) bottle white wine cooler (we use Seagram's Lime Mist)
2/3 c. sugar (or Sweet & Low to taste)
1 lime

Combine sugar and wine in small saucepan. Heat to boiling. Add 1 teaspoon grated lime rind and squeezed lime juice. Cool. Pour over: Blueberries Strawberries Jicama, diced

Any combination fruit will do nicely. Chill, covered, several hours. Garnish with mint, if desired. (Very impressive when served in watermelon basket.)
