26 oz. butterscotch pieces
13 oz. chow mein noodles
1 c. marshmallows
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. oatmeal

Melt peanut butter and chips over low heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in buttered pyrex. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares.
