CREPES 
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 tsp. salt
Food processor

Place steel blade in work bowl add eggs, milk, flour, oil and salt. Process about 15 seconds or until smooth.

Lightly grease a 6 inch skillet. Heat skillet on High. Pour 2 tablespoons batter into skillet. Lift and tilt pan from side to side until batter covers bottom.

Return to heat, brown one side only. Invert onto paper towel-repeat with remaining batter.

WHOLE WHEAT CREPES: Prepare as above substituting 1 cup wheat flour for the all purpose flour.
