PORK CHOPS DIJON 
4-6 pork chops
Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 jar Heinz Brown Gravy
1-2 tbsp. chopped parsley, add to bread crumbs
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Brown pork chops in skillet. Beat egg with 2 tbsp. water. Dip pork chops into egg, then coat with bread crumbs (parsley has been added to bread crumbs). Place on baking sheet and bake 350 degrees for about 30 minutes (lightly grease pan).

Meanwhile add jar of gravy and 1/2 cup milk to pan drippings. Heat thoroughly. Add mustard to this mixture and serve over pork chops.
