PORK CHOPS DIJON 
4 pork chops, 3/4" thick
2 tbsp. bottled Italian salad dressing
2 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 sm. onion, sliced

In small bowl, combine salad dressing, mustard and pepper. Brush both sides of chops with this. In skillet, cook chops covered over medium heat for 20 minutes. Turn chops. Add sliced onion. Cook, covered 5 or 10 minutes more until meat is tender. Serves 4 people.
