SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar (white
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Place pork chops in shallow casserole dish. Mix above ingredients together and pour over chops. Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
