SWEET & SOUR PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. mustard
Milk
Brown sugar

Blend mayonnaise and mustard. Spread on each side of meat. Arrange meat in bakign dish. Pour milk around to the top of meat, don't cover completely. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Chicken can be used instead of pork chops.
