CRULLERS 
2 eggs beaten with 1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
Grated lemon rind
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted cutter
4 c. sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder

Mix in order given. Knead lightly on floured board. Cut pieces the size of walnuts. Roll into long pieces about 4 inches each and fry in deep fat. Dust with powdered sugar. Makes about 40 crullers.
