CREAMY BROCCOLI SOUP 
1/4 c. or less chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
3/4 c. Velveeta-American cheese, cubed
1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, cooked
Season, pepper

Saute onions in butter until tender. Reduce heat; add milk and cream cheese and stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly. (DO NOT BOIL.)
