TERIYAKI STEAK 
1 lb. flank or family steak
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. soy sauce

Mix all ingredients. Marinate steak in sauce in covered container in refrigerator 4 hours or longer if desired. Charcoal over coals or broil in oven.
