CHICKEN IN FILO DOUGH 
4 whole chicken breasts
1/2 lb. filo dough
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 lb. tiger cheese or cheese of choice
Season to taste: salt, pepper, sage, poultry seasoning

Skin chicken breasts; pound each until very thin. Set aside.

Lay 1 sheet of filo dough on working surface and brush with melted butter. Repeat with 4 more layers of filo, brushing each with melted butter (for a total of 5). Keep remaining dough covered with a damp cloth. Leaving a rim of at least 1 inch at the edges. Arrange the chicken on top of the dough. Place seasonings on top of chicken.

Place cheese on top. Cover with 3 more layers of filo, brushing each layer with butter. Fold rims toward center. Roll and place seam side down on cookie sheet. Repeat above process with remaining ingredients. Brush rolls with melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees about 40 minutes until dough is golden brown.
