HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1 round steak, cut into cubes
1 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 bay leaf
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 c. sour cream

Use slow cooker. Put steak cubes, onion, garlic in cooker. Stir in flour and mix to coat steak. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream. Add sour cream about 30 minutes before serving. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours. Serve over hot noodles.
