ARTICHOKE NIBBLES 
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 sm. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 garlic clove, minced
4 eggs
1/4 c. diced bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. liquid hot pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
2 c. or 1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. parsley

Drain liquid from one jar and saute onion and garlic in it. Chop finely. Drain other jar of artichoke hearts. Beat eggs, add crumbs and rest of ingredients. Drain onion garlic saute. Mix with other ingredients. Turn into greased 7"x11" pan (thin). Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until set. Cool before cutting.
